She said "だから…ッ パパも変わってしまったんだわ", means she associated with him for a while at least, and he was changed because she wanted physical love to him too much after married.

Hmmm I think the first two points addressed I have decent dialogue for now but that bottom right bubble on page6 is a tad more complicated than I initially thought?

People is right, the point is that they haven't been married long. I would translate that part by linking the thought with the previous bubble:

Hi everyone, I'm stuck on something again.

なんだかんだクリスタクリクリ、とか言ってますがアニちゃんもいいですよね。

Some context: this sentence is a comment by the author. クリスタ (Christa) and アニ (Annie) are the names of two characters, and the author is pretty fond of Christa.

Now, what I'm wondering is: what is クリクリ? I searched for possible translations for it, but I didn't find any sensible translation in this context...

If it helps, the background for Christa is she's a recent academy recruit (ranked top 10 for her year) in a world where the human race is nearly extinct due to being eaten by crazy near-immortal giants that have an odd desire to stuff their stomachs full of humans (yes it's pretty horrorific, the original story)

She's essentially the smallest (or close to that)/cutest of the top 10 students (that more/less make up the cast of the story) and is the target of affection of both guys and girls (everyone wants to marry her)

Which kinda goes with her character depiction in the [www.mangareader.net] original story [www.mangareader.net] maybe? Most other characters have much more "normal" looking eyes in the story. Added to her small stature... her eyes stand out quite a bit

Hulk bullets... (0 Points)." The long, double negative with a question is throwing me off... and I've no idea what ハルク砲弾 is supposed to be...

I get the first bit (he was just talking about not knowing some PC stuff). The ボンパイエ I'm not 100% sure of. Some googling makes me think that it's in reference to a chant used in a [en.wikipedia.org] boxing match, he's using it like a "頑張るよ！！yeah!!" type thing... but If someone else has any other ideas, that'd be helpful.

1:
Like Slobber already mentioned, it means "cute eye with a large iris".

2:
"クリクリ" is often used for nickname of "Kuri-", "Cri-", "Chri-" or something (like "栗林", "クリステル" and so on) in Japan. Also this is often used to keep the rhythm of words like some puns.

3:
Indirect wording of "Clitoris".
