You should break this part like this: いくらでも+かける+気がします

My translation attempt would be: "Since this series isn't packed with stuff like jokes or lines (or quotes), it feels like it contains random stuff" (ok, maybe not "random stuff", just find a term that fits the いくらでも in question better.)

Also, ネタ is a rather tricky word, so you'd have to dig a bit further to get the context, I just wrote it off as "joke" for simplicity's sake.

The context is that this is the forward of a doujin and is the author talking to the readers about the work.

Edit: Never mind, found out it means secondary sex characteristics (enlarged breasts, pubic hair, etc during puberty).

Here's my guess. Judge by the context.

私の身を案じて今まで黙っていた様だ
Being anxious about my body I kept silent until now.
その彼女に妹だけは助けてほしいと懇願された
This girl begged to have her sister saved (at least/all she wanted was/just, some kind of word to stress the seriousness her begging).
#actually I can also read it as "The girl begged: let me be saved only by my sister"… also not sure why it's は instead of が here, could mean the other people don't need to be saved…

I don't think you're going to get a perfect translation for this, but ちょろい referring to a person generally means someone who's easy to fool/convince, gullible, naive, etc. If her name is Kirasaka, you could maybe go with something stupid like "(Don't call me) Kirasucker"?

I'm a bit stuck on multiple lines a couples characters say while they're aheoging. I understand a lot of words are stretched by their sounds, but I'm not sure if it's just onomatopoeia or slurred words.

I just intrepreted it as "AAAHHH" but I'm still curious as to what it means. I can't find the symbol in my character set.
