I had a look around and I agree with People about what looks to me like 真実白, though it could also be 真実日 like People said because handwritten characters are awesome like that. I had a look around and couldn't find a kanji compound of the nature of the above two variations and as far as I know it's not a phrase or name in School Rumble. I also could not find a kanji that fits if it were the case that the bit after 真 was just one kanji. It could be like some sort of pun, or (somewhat unlikely) just a mistake or something (the author did miss that stroke on top of 実...)

You could try waiting for N04h to come around and have a look as well.

Yes, it could be 白, or 日, or even possibly 曰 or 目. If it is, I still don't know how to understand it.

Would depravity work?

I think that still changes the subject...or the point, or whatever. Rape/insult/humiliation implies a lack of consent or dissatisfaction from the (usually) woman. Depravity sounds like a mutual thing, like as not.

I think maybe "abuse" captures the range of meaning implied by 'ryoujoku' fairly well. Keep in mind, I'm guesstimating here. 'Ryoujoku' isn't a word I hear/read often enough to have any intuitive understanding of.

I mostly know what it says. "(something) returning to the beginning" or possibly "(something) starting over from scratch"...I guess that latter makes fair sense. The (something) looks like 'tsuuka' (but I don't rule out something else), which is either a common expression that just sounds weird to me here (the meaning is hard to express exactly*) or it's an adjective, some sort of name or something describing "beginning" (I thought it might indicate a particular point in the School Rumble story); in any case, the word just seems out of place where it is, to me.

It's kind of schizophrenic, actually. Page 5 is bad, but not necessarily a problem. Page 7 is really bad. And then, the biggest problem with the rest is a few missing lines.


To start with, on page 5, 'nee-san' (big sister) is translated as "Hey". It's not in kanji, so I can kind of understand where the mistake may have come from, but it still should NOT have happened.

Page 6 is fairly good. Biggest problem is, the end of the last line could be better.

Page 7 is a lot wrong. Parents didn't divorce. The little one isn't suggesting Sashimi find a cute guy. Sashimi's not playing hard-to-get, and we don't "all find love in our" anything.

And then most of the rest of the pages seem to be essentially on target.

Random comments for the rest of the pages...

1st (rightmost) strip, last panel, 1st speech bubble, the small text at the left: what's the last word (pair of kanji)? I can't figure out what either kanji should be, much less the word. I'm not sure there's enough to properly read those, but maybe someone can recognize the word...or have better luck searching than I did.

I like 5 through...10? [www.weblio.jp] here for 'haru'. (I haven't actually looked past the first set of definitions, really.) It's hard to say without a whole sentence and/or other context. 'Atsui' I'd guess as probably an intensifier. Also, Google suggested this, too: 厚く張る. It could be the wrong kanji, maybe? Not too different a meaning, though.
