Her full name is definitely 川島可隣 Kawashima Karen, though.

She's probably 川島 詩 (Kawashima Uta(?)). The teacher is just murmuring "Kawashima... you're (so) cute/pretty/lovely...".
BTW, it's not likely that someone is called "Shi", since it sounds like 死/shi (death).

I'll look through the chapters to see if there are any other instances of 川島可憐, otherwise this guy is right.

So with the context that this is something that she's telling him to calm him down, Is she maybe trying to convince him that it was just a nightmare? Without knowing the full context I would assume it's something like that.

Maybe it would translate something like this?
"悪夢は... 寝たら... 覚めるからね..."
"It was a nightmare... You were asleep... since you woke up..."
"悪夢は。。。寝て起きたら覚める。。。から。。"
"It was a nightmare... You woke up from it... so..."

Without anything else, I'd go with:
'When you're having a nightmare....you come back to your senses....if you lie down...'
The second one would be a variation.

My Ocr program gives me 輿 for that one kanji, but I'm not sure that's it, is anyone able to tell what that kanji is?
