I posted here before getting some help reading handwriting on this gallery and now I'm mostly done with this translation, I just have a couple lines that I'm really struggling with. I'll post what I have written down. I'd like a second opinion.

お+空 does seem like a name, but is it supposed to be Utsuho? I've never seen it read like that...

悟らせたり isn't a name, it's the causative (I think that's what it's called) + たり form of the verb 悟る [to understand/realize].

For page 3 Looking around I think お空 refers to the Touhou character Utsuho Reiuji, with the kanji for their given name being 空

And for page 4 I was thrown off because another closely related character named Satori who can read minds sometimes uses that kanji from what I can find, but it does make more sense if it's not a name.

I was messing around with stuttering because I thought the next line implied that she was speaking strangely, don't mind that (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

So 口のききかたがおかしいですね... could be translated (literal) to the effect of
"What a funny things are coming out of your mouth..."

and あんまり調子に can be taken to mean something like "getting carried away" as in getting cocky? I can see how 調子 could be used like that when I'm looking into it.

and consequently いいんですかそんな事いって.... would mean something like
"Is it okay to say such a thing?"

1: Most likely short for "良いって言いてった", so 'This time I was told it was fine to draw 2 pages of Saaya-chan'.
2: アレ is "that", which the author is referencing without making it explicit what it is, probably because those who know, know what it is (probably related to the original work).
