I think it's split this way: 着衣のまま…留まっている (limited to with clothes) + 模擬的な動作 (imitated act)

My dictionary say とされる = ... is considered to ....
So I think it's meant to give some uncertainty whether this ritual was really performed. I used "was said to" to cover that.

I'm not sure about 患陪, I used "afflicted". Also not sure about "lick-taking" and 口付し穢れを.

Pure guess. I think he is just lazy in making brief summary after the story.

He wrote the three lines above in a 'logical way' like those in programming language.

C.C. = nopan (in my mind)->which is a worry to lelouch-> which implies lelouch becomes a hentai king so on.

So I would say the word debug is used as sorting the plot of the story.

I'm not sure on this either and would have concluded the same as you. I tend to "something new". Maybe it helps to keep in mind that the kanji is 新 = new + 鮮やか = bright/vivid OR skillful/beautiful. Maybe somebody else knows better.
