I have a few clarification questions to ask:

1) On this page, what is 濃い in the line「あおい先輩ちょっと濃いめなんだ…」 referring to? Is it her pubes, or something else?

2) On the next page, the verb 食いつかない in the line 「？あおい先輩は食いつかないんだな…」 has the meaning of "not into it" i.e. "not interested in the guy's dick", right?

3) On the same page, I currently understand the sentence 「ここまで来て一人だけ隠すとかなーし！！」 to mean something in the proximity of "We just have one more person still covering up at this point, don't we?", but I am not clear on what exactly なー(し) means here.

To me, this line makes more sense if she is talking to Yasu, but as I mentioned earlier, the previous part of the composite bubble made me think she is talking to Aoi.

This is difficult. I think the whole phrase is just describing the last noun. My attempt would be:

Arriving late at the shooting with followers who didn't know how to use a camera properly.

重役出勤 is a strange word, dict says: "Arriving at work late as if one were an executive, management attendance at work." So the one who arrived late is probably an executive or thinks of himself as one. Also, this is (if it's correct) only a literal translation, in English you would say this in another way (like: "The Manager arrived late at the shooting with…").

And to make the structure more clear:
まともにカメコ使えない取り巻き逹 followers who cannot use a camera properly
取り巻き逹つれて 撮影遅刻の重役出勤 attending shooting late taking followers along

I) きつい can also mean demanding, maybe it's meant like "what a demanding aura"
感じ means feeling, but it's used pretty liberally to describe the feelings, like impressions of people or the atmosphere of a situation
My first guess was actually "What a tense feeling", but it doesn't seem to fit.

II)

The guy is talking. In the first place, this kind of [en.wikipedia.org] shops don't allow the customer to have vaginal sex (and of course anal sex, too). It's 肩身が狭い (lit: shoulders are cramped) which means "to feel ashamed or inferior".
せまく→せまい→狭い, が is often skipped in casual speech.
ってよぉ is just a stress by the speaker I guess. Something like: "Damn, am I ashamed." or so.
