Actually I would go for a type typo judge here. Unless mens in the story are treated as sex tools when the girls need some sort of pressure dissipation. That's as far as my imagination can lead me.

Did a bit of googling. Seems like 僚 is developed from 寮.

寮 used to mean government "office" in the past and nowadays used to say school campus.

同寮の人 = 僚
People of the same office = Colleague

And in modern days people mostly say 同僚 for colleague and I guess it is somewhat interchangeable with 同寮.

But for the recruitment post in the doujin, if I have to guess, I would say its a typo because it should be pointing to a place for workers to stay rather than other workers.

Yeah, the two kanjis have the same pronunciation and look alike, what easier typo can you make. IME won't save you here.

あぐっ is just a panting voice, similar to んぐ, not related to the verb あぐむ/あぐねる.
