What is the definition of "rewrite"? The wiki doesn't say how much text must be rewritten for it to count.

About 80% of it is an (incredibly poor and, in some places, entirely inaccurate) attempt at translating the original text - it shows some (regardless of how little) effort at trying to translate the original text.

The other 20% or so (including the title, possibly) is rewritten (it has nothing in common with the original text).
