If it were me, unless that person is literally his blood-related aunt, I'd translate that bubble as just, "So, uh..."

There are no objects stated in the sentences so only context can make sense of the referents. If she's speaking to her husband, then I'm a bit less sure. It's could be something more like, "Don't worry about it, I'm (we're) the only ones who will know about it". Or it could be something more like, "You should know how I feel (so don't worry about it)".

As stated, depends on the broader context.
From that page alone, I'd say it's something like
"What about you, Kouji?
Even though I'm the only one you know (that's in here)....Are you ok with that?"
Where the first question goes back to the previous bubble where Kouji asks the girl if she's fine with whatever they're doing.
