The context is Riesz (character from Seiken Densetsu 3) who's is from the mythical Amazon tribe. And she's just bought as a (sex)slave.

it could be a combination of all three. Just before the line with the domazons, he's basicly saying that she's coming all over the place from just doing it doggy style

ド is just a prefix that amplifies the meaning of a word.

My guess is that they're saying "dominess" and probably meaning "domina", as is a female slave-owner.

Mh it's not so easy to adapt.

the part on the black bar should be "Act One: The Siren"
He skipped the part between tildes, i'm not entirely sure but it should be more or less

the term 百禍 is what is giving me trouble, taken separately the two characters mean "a hundred" and "calamity/misfortune" but here they seem like a single word which could be similar to "great evil" or "all kinds of evil".
Or it may even be a single word with 悪魔 (akuma) meaning "The book of monsters", I personally like this one.

so: "The book of monsters -Children of the lewd call- Act one: The siren."

Another poster already pointed out that it's short for 物, but it's also worth noting that when it's shortened to もん it's often used to denote a reason for something.
