There are four separate grammatical constructs in the sentence 繋いでおかないとね.

繋いで - 繋ぐ (to connect) in the positive te-form.
〜ておかない - 〜ておく (to do something in advance/for a future purpose/in preparation for/etc.) The base form of this is おく which comes from the verb 置く (to put) but takes on this special meaning when it's connected to a verb in the te-form. おかない is in the negative form.
〜と - ([when coupled with a negative verb] (must do 〜) which is a basic particle.
ね - (right?/don't you agree?/etc.) another basic particle.

The 〜ておく forms are very hard to translate. I'd say about half the time I don't really bother because doing so would just result in an awkward sentence. Sometimes I can reword the sentence slightly to try to capture the effect. Other times there's just no real way to express the concept in English while retaining a natural sounding sentence.

So your whole sentence is something like, "I have to be connected (to something) (for some future purpose) right?"

No matter what I've tried, my account is still in sad panda mode (maybe because it's been recently registered?) so I can't see the original context, but if she's connected to a machine like another poster said, I'd go with something like "It can't be helped, I have to stay connected to this machine all the time so I don't die/break." She literally says "So I don't break" but depending on how much of her is human vs. how much of her is machine, you could also translate that last part as "So I don't die" if that would be more natural in the given context.

Damn, I should have given context more properly.
She isn't even connected to a machine, it's just so gruesome looking that it seems that way. She's tied up while her vaginal fluids are being harvested (pretty cool imo).

it doesn't seem difficult to me, almost literally :

"but there's no girl I've kept for half year"

You see, "motta" is the past form of "motsu" meaning "to have, to be in possession of"

Edit : on second thought, "for half year" should be 半年間. Anyway, imho, general meaning is that he had no girl connected to the machine more then half year.ù

I can distinguish some radicals, like first one seem to have 斤 and the second one seem to have 弋

And the only word I can find with those 2 are 漸減 (decline), but I am leaning towards it being 新規 (new/ new item)

Most definitely I'd say 新規. In the one on the second line you can tell the shape of the first kanji.
Also, in context, it looks more like a flag than a clickable option.

I've got some more confirmations on that. I ended up not adding it to my translation as there is no place to put it (unless I scale it up)

いふぃのかなあ! looks like it might be a garbled version of いいのかな, or "is it alright?", referring to the previous bubble about keeping secrets from his girlfriend.

バラふいちゃうぞお? looks like it might be a garbled version of ばらしちゃうぞ, or "I'll reveal it".

Again, they are both garbled, so see if you can't get a second opinion.
