What is english word for 感応 here?

感応(-して, -現象) seems to be a special word of GE. You'll see it again in the rest part (and later books?).
It may be better to use the term already used in the subtitles of anime or games, if the average GE fans know much about it. (I don't know the sub of that term really exists, though.)

...The Spanish translation ignores a bit of what the guy's saying in those preceding panels. 「ガマンしなきゃいーじゃん」 in that context looks like her response to what the guy said in the previous panel, and I'd probably translate it as "So don't, then." You're right in that it has to do with self-control, which is what 「我慢（ガマン）」is doing there.

Should be the -ra (if) form of itta, past tense of iku, imho.

Any chance you could link to the page? I'm seeing grammar structures in the original Japanese that aren't at all present in your translation, which makes me think there's contextual information in previous dialogue that I'm missing.

I'm a former Kancolle player. It is about sparkling. They're saying "at the very least, make sure to sparkle the escorts properly!"

It's basically using items or doing special things with ships to give them a morale boost, which in turn boosts evasion and accuracy in battle, as well as bonuses for expeditions.
