Quick confirmation question:

On this page in the middle panel, am I interpreting 「元に戻れば何のことか忘れてるかもだしリカさんならふざけるなって破り捨てそうだしな」 correctly as "Rika-san will probably forget everything when she goes back to normal, so she’s just say “Don’t joke around!” and will rip up the form." ? The latter half more so (especially in regards to if I got the agent of the actions in the second half correctly).

The "nde" is really tripping me up and so is the "kuresouna". I'm learning Japanese as I go, I'd like to think I have a basic understanding of the language, but random hiragana with no relation strung together is most head scratching. If anyone could translate it, it would be deeply appreciated. Thanks ever so much.

Not sure which んで you're having problems with. The first is the て-form of 沈み込む, the second is the て-form of 包む, and くれそう is くれる. As for the whole second line, read it as [包んでくれそう] (as an adjective) + な + やわらかさ.
"[I'll] sink in forever... A softness that seems like it'll engulf you" or something.

I'm machine translating something right now (yes I know I'm a terrible person, but its not bounty related, just personal), if an artist ends a line of text with a heart or puts it in the middle of a sentence, should it be treated as a comma, a period, or just ignored completely?

It should be ignored as far as the translation goes but it should be kept there during editing
