Probably talking about the TV show, but it could also be an intentional fourth-wall sort of thing.

The first one would be: "Even though you're studying for exams, you come home and go straight to playing games..." or something like that.
You're probably confused about how ソッコー (そっこう) works here. It's used here to refer to something happening straight away (quickly). So he gets home and goes straight to playing a game.

As for the second one, it's her saying "How admirable/impressive/praiseworthy!" or "I'm impressed!" and from the tone of the conversation I'd guess she's being sarcastic in saying that.
It's not easy to describe the nuance of さあ (it can mean a lot of different things in a lot of different situations and could even just be a speech pattern with no real meaning, similar to "like" and "you know" and other such similar speech patterns in English).
The sentence here is essentially 私も感心するよ structured slightly differently to put more emphasis on the act of admiring something - so it's saying "that's impressive and even I'm impressed..." (but that sounds a bit awkward in English to me).

せっかく is one of those expressions that, imho, is really hard to translate in a way that expresses well the nuances in English, as there are some things implied within the context in each case that term is used.
There's the rarity of the situation, as rqwrqw mentioned. There can also be an intonation of disappointment for missing the chance of taking advantage of said rare situation (せっかく良いチャンスだったのに, for example）. The disappointment can also be because of wasted effort (せっかくここまで来たのに for example).
Each case will require a specific translation, I don't think there's a "one translation fits all" for this expression.

In the page you're translating, she says that after being surprised that he's blaming her for his come-home-and-game situation, which she takes as a surprise. I'd say that when she says "せっかく美女が誘ってやってんのに" there's a mix of disappointment and surprise implied. Disappointment that he's refusing the invitation and surprise that he's refusing the invitation over a game (so instead of studying, he prefers playing video games rather than accepting the invitation of the beautiful girl).
Now how to translate that into one phrase in English is the problem that you'll have to figure out, and it'll depend, in part, on how you translate what comes before.

The way I'm reading it, she seems to switch gears slightly in that bubble. So rather than a direct follow-up to the conversation, she's sort of saying it/grumbling to herself, instead of to him.

I could use some help as well, so I'll toss it in here.

Context: Girl1 (Onee-chan) is telling Girl2 to that Girl2 needs to try harder to win the guy she likes, saying there's no second place.
万年二位以下に　お姉ちゃんの言葉を忘れないで！
I'm not sure what the first part of that means. Is it like "When you're still in second place 10000 years from now, don't forget onee-chan's words"? Or does that part mean something else?

Also, out of curiosity, what do people usually do when there's those dots next to each word (for emphasis)? Just bold it or something?

Well, the っ in きったない is like when you emphasise a particular sound in a word to emphasise that word. Like "disgusting" -> "disGusting" in English.
For the second point, it's not だしなって but だしな that becomes 出して (so the whole thing becomes 出してって). It's another possible form for this verb that means basically the same as 出して. I'm not sure what the exact difference is, but I think 出して is a bit more formal.
