The first part seems to be a continuation of previous dialogue which could be translated as something like "speaking of which..." or "now that you mention it..." or a bit loose but still sorta fits "now that I'm thinking about it..."

The other part just says, "This is pretty similar to the feeling of finally taking a shit after being constipated for a week."

about the last koma, もっと見せつけてやんなって, is that やんなって the imperative form of やんなる? [www.weblio.jp] やんなる So this means something like "show it more and become disgusted"?

I believe やんな is very casual shorthand for やりなさい and って is just your standard speech marker.

Probably referring to someone named Oonishi who is in charge of something. Context would be helpful.

Not much of a context, just 担当の大西です.
The name theory doesn't seem to fit.

The only other things I found in the dictionary for 大西 is it being a small area in Nara, and this:
（関西以西で）冬期に西から吹く強風。

But just going by the line you gave, it being a name seems to fit much better than it being wind.

Right now I'm translating one work, but I'm having trouble with punctuation and choosing the appropriate variant for the title.

It's a descriptor (ダメ彼氏) by which the narraion goes. His actual name is Red. I think 'bitchy' is a bit closer to the truth, given the context of the story.

Then just try to keep the title as plain and simple as possible.

e.g. anything along the lines of "the <slutty/bitchy/whatever> gyaru girlfriend of the weakest loser sentai hero is kidnapped and raped"

To be honest, I don't think it matters what you choose as long as it's obvious what it means.

At the plotting stage I was going with Nanari and the doppelganger but as the parts came to be, the second Nanari appeared and it all come together.

I honestly didn't think I'd finish writing the modifications.

超 being an amplifier, meaning "very" or "extremely", and 絶倫 (depending on the context) could refer to a strong sex drive/libido, in addition to its standard definition.
