This is the title of the work I'm currently translating.

少じょがヤラレちゃう

It's giving me a pretty hard time. I understand that やられる usually means "to fool / to deceive", but I have also seen it translated as "to have sex with / to fuck". The thing is both translations fit here. Is it a pun? So far I'm going with "I'm going to screw a little girl" to give away both meanings but I might be missing something.

The girl's (Asahina) husband left for a business trip, the story takes place after this.
The narrator is the boss of the husband so she saw that girl at his departure.
So, 2 weeks after this he goes to 風呂屋　（bathhouse right ?) to get his daily "therapy" and get this girl.
You couldn't know it but that ここは上司　is the boss of this place

Just to clarify, the ここは上司 does not mean "boss of this place". The ここは is "in this situation", and the 上司として is "as his boss". The narrator doesn't know why she's working there, so he's wondering to himself if, as the husband's boss, he should ask her about why she's there.

"But still, as her husband's boss, should I ask her about this?" or "But still, since I'm her husband's boss, should I ask her what's going on?"

The first part seems to be a continuation of previous dialogue which could be translated as something like "speaking of which..." or "now that you mention it..." or a bit loose but still sorta fits "now that I'm thinking about it..."

The other part just says, "This is pretty similar to the feeling of finally taking a shit after being constipated for a week."

I believe やんな is very casual shorthand for やりなさい and って is just your standard speech marker.

Not much of a context, just 担当の大西です.
The name theory doesn't seem to fit.

The only other things I found in the dictionary for 大西 is it being a small area in Nara, and this:
（関西以西で）冬期に西から吹く強風。

But just going by the line you gave, it being a name seems to fit much better than it being wind.
