Which I think translates to this:

Just by looking at this material my body is aching... (maybe instead of this material could be these clothes)

So I tried it myself, don't think its correct but the general meaning is there I guess:

I might be mistaken but could it be something like:

It seems that if you lie down like that it feels so good that your legs give in. (literally it says cannot enter/give strength to legs)

The context didn't make it clear if it was the one doing the man or the woman speaking so I just assumed it was the man.

伝わらな過ぎて [あとがきで擁護する]レベル
"There's so much I haven't said, it's at the level where I'll advocate it in the afterwords."
Sounds awkward, but that should explain how/where the レベル fits in.

something about being sunburned or getting tanned? like, to the point of being red like a demon. possibly related to 酒焼け, but, due to the sun, obviously, and not alcohol... maybe. not 100% on that.

yeah I think it means tanned in this situation. It's a hashtag on instagram where it definitely comes across as tanning and/or burning.

the 鬼/オニ could just be an intensifier, i.e. "very". really tanned/very burnt/etc.
