I read through that dj to get some context and by the end it seems he kills her for some reason (something from the vn maybe...?), so the censored characters probably have to do with dying and killing. Those three characters are likely "Kurisu," so the panel hints at him saying "I killed Kurisu."

Actually, that explains a lot. Thanks to this I've figured out what's going on here.

So, "Hey... Am I... Am I going to die...?" from this [a.pomf.cat] page is said by Kurisu, which is why Watashi is used. Everything after that ("I... I killed ∎∎∎...") is said by Okabe, which is why Ore Ga is used all of a sudden.

The question is now how to convey this in English, as right now it's rather unclear who is thinking what. I could go for a translator's note, or if anyone else has any suggestions, I'm open to them.

Edit: Maybe the Katakana Ore Ga was used for dramatic effect? If so, I could probably replicate it by spacing out the letters like this: "I K I L L E D ∎ ∎ ∎ ∎ ∎ ∎ . . . " or use a special font (CC Wiccan Special seems like a good pick.)

出番 is "one's turn", so whatever fits the context there.
