In which case, it might be a muffled slurping or kissing sound or something (I'm not great with SFX).

You're right about the first one. As for the 2 others:

ぷはあ = puhaa (breathing out somewhat forcefully)
ぷきゅ = pukyu (something tight and cute, "squeeze" should work here)
