From what I got from searching the web (so I'm not really sure about this), "私が嫁" is more of a "my waifu" thing (even though it can also be interpreted as "I'm your waifu"), so I'd say it's more something along the lines of "You have some "waifu" potential" or something like that...

Then, I think these would fit the situation.

Oh. So is it probably a "there's stuff going on in here, do not enter" sign? Watching the panel I was given the impression that it's something that never gets removed, while this last suggestion seems to be a temporary sign.

I believe the idea is that the night dutyperson uses that room at night, and during the day it's not used. Therefore, he's more or less appropriating it during the day, with a reasonable insurance that no one will intrude on them.
