My reading of it is:
"You look like an idiot swallowing his thick cum like that."
or more literally:
"Looking like an idiot thickly swallowing his cum is pretty bad, eh?"

Anyone able to let me know if I'm right or if I've missed something here? I'm not 100% confident in my reading of it.

In this case, 馬鹿みたい means "ridiculously". Thus, it's something like "his cum is ridiculously thick, so swallowing it isn't easy, right?".

The English scanslation scene has always been experiencing a shortage in manpower, so it's not a rare problem. Unless you're Red_Piotrus, bounties below 500K will not be noticed, you'll need some luck when it's between 500K~1M, and you should be good to go if your bounty is above 1M. Although it still depends on the type and length, people are less willing to take on novels, whole tanks, and/or ridiculous script requirements.

Become an Editor. There are a number of good guides in the "Useful Links" section. It doesn't take long to achieve basic proficiency as long as you're serious about it. Editing bounties don't pay as well as translating bounties do, but they pay better than they used to. It's definitely your best bet.

What do I need to do as an Editor? I don't exactly know any Japanese, otherwise I wouldn't need a translator. Any tips for increasing my Hentaiverse credit haul?

Start learning Photoshop or GIMP, editing scripts doesn't really require Japanese proficiency, just the script and some common sense will do (Although having at least some basic understandings in Japanese does make the job a lot smoother)

At your current HV level, you will probably spend more credits than you earn in HV, if you want an increase in your Dawn of the Day (daily login), consider becoming a Gold Star Member

In this instance I'd say "じゅんっ” is like a slippery sound. So the sound of her getting wet. In English probably "schlich" or something wet-sounding like that.

And "くりくりっ” is just a rubbing/kneeding sound.
