Scenario: Shinobu goes to older (virgin) brother to lose her virginity because classmates told here she couldn't enter college otherwise. He doesn't want to let this chance slip by.

I need help to make that ズリネタ fit in the sentence, I have an idea but I'm not sure.

How about "use" or "choose" instead of "see" though?

"Use" seems not bad as literal translation.
But I feel "use" is too direct because he seems just imagine Shinobu as if bedmate.

Also you can add "bound by habit" or something.

I know, "use" is stronger than "see", but I think I'll use it because that "everyday" and the general mood of the story hint that he actually fantasizes about her a lot, and subsequently faps... Anyway, thank you very much for the help!

Or something like "since I would fap with her as the Material..." ?

That's how it sounds in my head when I read that line. A literal translation doesn't really convey how blunt he actually sounds.

There's something coming out, can't localize more without context. Something like "It's coming out! It's... Co...!" is more literal, while "It's co... Coming out!" is more typesetting friendly.

I confirm the translations. In the first part she's talking about the guy ejaculating inside her (the subject of "it's coming out" would be sperm then) and in the second part he's telling her he's coming.

It's basically an older girl quarreling with a younger boy who's kind of stalking her, but of course doesn't want to admit it.

In the lower panel, she's saying "来てもアイス無いから！".
What does "aisu" mean here? Dictionaries say "ice cream", but imho it doesn't really fit here.
From the context, I'd go with something like "even if you follow me, I'll be never interested in you / I'll just ignore you" or such.
Or is the "ice cream" here some kind of metaphor for 'reward', 'sexual interest' or such?
Hope someone can help me ^^;

"アイス" means "ice pop (アイスキャンディ in Japan)".
It is often used as a metaphor of a male genital.
But in these context, just "ice pop" and no other meanings.
