It looks to me like "ヒいた...?" is some sort of pun, but I don't really get it. Why is he pinching his nose? There is a joke in here, obviously, but I'm not catching it.

My thought is it is about penis and vagina making sex but somehow I can't understand the connection of penis with broken bone.

And this is really hard for me to translate since I can't put English words to make a good sentence for this one.

I hope someone can help me for this one since I try to translate the doujin.

I'd go with (assuming she's the one who told) "I told you I didn't knew what to do if I wasn't assaulted, didn't I?"
Next line I think it's "It's because I wanted things to get like this"

I think I'm getting something wrong here, because it's not making sense to me...

Not the most direct translation but it sounds appropriate

Not english native so I might not help you much, but:

"Even asleep, her mouth is flapping slovenly"
"Her mouth is flapping loosely even though she's asleep"

Or you could try any other english sentence that keeps the same meaning, of her mouth going bla bla in a sluttish way.

I think I'm getting something wrong here, because it's not making sense to me...

I got it from /a/, in case anyone's interested, it refers to when she says she was worried about him not looking at her romantically, so something like "I told you I was worried that you wouldn't assault me".

Sounds like a comment on how lazy/unkempt a person she is, and her mouth flopping open and closed makes her look slovenly even when she's sleeping.

Though with the correct context, it could also be a comment about how perverted she is.

I'm having trouble about translate katakana, should I translate
"ムツァル" to Mutsal, mucal, muzal or just leave it as Mutsaru. Yeah, it's a name.
