Depends slightly on context, but going off the literal parts, that says "Thinking 'Even though s/he is complimenting,' I wonder if it's because of ego?"

Offhand, I would likely have used in a script, "Is it just my ego thinking that I was being complimented?"

My guess at context would be the person said something with the intention of it being praise, but it somehow turned out badly. Like it was vague and/or taken as something insulting. Or was something the other person was sensitive about.

But that's all guessing. Without seeing why it's being said, there's no way to be certain.

Okay, yeah, seeing it in context I was slightly off. He's commenting on how he can't understand not liking being praised, and wondering if he's being self-centered by thinking that. It's difficult to put into English in the same way he says it. Something like "I wonder if it's self-centered of me to get frustrated because I'm trying to compliment her."

You are correct; I missed that part. The image shows that she (the one being complimented) was initially thought to be happy, but now appears to not take compliments well.

So the statement would be something like "I thought I was complimenting her, but (even) that could have been my ego (As usual, I can't tell...)"

I can't take the time to completely correct everything, but here's some quick advice:

響く can also mean to affect or spread (as in 影響 - notice the same kanji). I'd probably actually need to see more of the flow of the conversation to be sure exactly how they mean it, though.

-たがる is the verb form of -たい, meaning "to want". Translating 絡みついてきて to "twist around" is a bit literal and awkward, but without knowing the flow of the conversation I can't make a better suggestion.

You don't need to express each of those individually, just write the sentence normally in a questioning tense. The 一つ一つ would make it "with my every word and action" she's been getting more turned on.

You've got your subject and object reversed. He was the one who entered (somewhere) solely because he wanted her.

ほど being used like this means "the more you X, the more you Y" (for example, "the more you work, the more money you make" could be stated as 働くほどお金がもらえる). 身をまかせる means to give in or go along without resisting. For example, 波に身をまかせる would be just floating along the ocean current. So, the more she gives in, the better it feels.

稼いどかない is a contraction of 稼いでおかない, おく is a bit difficult to explain the usage of, but it's generally added to a verb to add a connotation of "to go ahead and". だけ in this sense means "as much as you can", such as 行くだけ行ってみる being "I'll go as far as I can". -ないと is a sort-of contraction of -ないといけない, a colloquialism meaning you've gotta do (whatever). So, she's saying that she needs to earn as much as she possibly can while she's still able. (as in, while her business is still popular enough to do so)

喋らす is the causative tense, "being made to speak". So, yes, he is the one speaking to the pussy, but she's making him do so by using it to speak to him, which he's calling perverted.
