How do I translate this?
現役アイドルのクリ勃起生マンコご開帳
"Active Idol's (clit) (erect/stiff) (raw) (pussy) (ご) revelation"
I have no idea what that ご is doing there, but assuming it must be some speech mannerism, I don't know what that クリ is doing there either.
For now I'm going with "This is the revealing of an active idol's clit and her stiffening raw pussy", but is this correct?
The ご just makes it polite. Because they're working in the service industry. The pussy isn't what's stiff, クリ勃起 is going to be a colloquial way of saying an erect clitoris. That 生 doesn't mean "raw", but "in the flesh", or "live", "in person". Which I suppose is, in a sense, raw, but when you call a pussy raw in English it tends to be with a different connotation.
So they're doing a live unveiling of an active idol's pussy and erect clitoris.

Edit: Can someone help me understand this block?
It's the afterwords of a doujinshi.
オリジナルなので結局、何時も描いてるものと何が違うの?
(Since?) it's an original after all, what's wrong with drawing all the time?
と言われるとウ~ンとなってしまう所なのですが。
When I'm told that I get like "hmm".
一応、商業では出来ない事をしたつもりです。
For once, I thought I had done something that I couldn't in the business.
I can't understand what he's trying to say...
The first sentence doesn't make sense, what does drawing all the time have to do with it being an original?
Hmm unless that verb is also used for "creating new stuff" since "imagine" is also one of it's definitions... the rest would make some sort of sense...
Can anyone clarify if this is correct?
It's clearly the afterward of a doujinshi done by an artist that also does porn manga professionally.
It's an original work, so you may ask what makes it any different from the stuff he normally does. To which he'd go "Uhh". Anyways, his intention is to do things he wouldn't be able to do in his professional work.
There's a sort of half-translation half-explanation of the entire block.
