The dialogue happens when he's asking for yet another situation and she refuses.
She doesn't want because she always end up terrible afterwards.

I asked on /a/ and got this:
If it's right (seems to be), then it makes sense, as she's the one who gets the receiving part of the BSDM, or being caught, etc
I don't know how to figure this out from the dictionary, but it seems to work out...

Edit: That /a/ thread seems to have a frequent shitposter and now I'm unsure of it... that definition isn't on the dictionary (even though it would make sense), so I think I'll have to re-look at it...

Edit 2: I actually looked up a japanese [dictionary.goo.ne.jp] dictionary for that kanji and it actually fits as "subjugation"... but I'm still unsure of the phrase. The dialogue is as follows:

迫る means to push someone into doing something in this case. Do you have the surrounding lines in Japanese? An image is even better since there could be some clue as to who is saying it.

I would interpret this as something like "I know I was the one who urged you on, saying you could do anything." And yeah, it's the girl who says it.
