Need some help with two paragraphs... I know what all the words mean but I am not sure about my translation because it doesn't make complete sense. I have removed my tentative translations.

It's an inner monologue of a woman who is about to have sex with a guy who blackmails her, from MTSPs Matome Ban. Some surrounding sentences for context.

You're looking at it a bit incorrectly. しか means she only has interest in 3D homos. にわか is not applying to ホモ, but to the entirety of ホモスキ: she's saying that homo lovers (girls who get excited watching guys have sex; yaoi fangirls; etc) are casuals if they're interested in 2D homos.

Correction: 先に instead of 先っぽに. きゃ is slang for -けば, so it means 先にやっとけばよかった. I'd translate it as "I'd have gone first if I knew" or "I should have gone first".

Oh right. It auto-completed to 先っぽ.

The pink text under the arrow says "attractive", but that might not be a good translation depending on the context. It is something along those lines though. Attractive/good looking, and it might also mean cool.
