A ガチャ in online games is some kind of lottery: you pay (with either real money, in-game money, or with a ticket you've won) for a random item/bonus/character/whatever.
10連ガチャ is simply the same system, but in which you draw 10 times in a row. It's usually a little bit more efficient than drawing ten ガチャ (it either costs less, or you're guaranteed to get some rare item, or something).

That sounds like 10 consecutive Gatcha (lottery game)

That doesn't make any sense since it suppose to be someone name.

If they are people's name then you can just use their pronunciation
でくの坊 Dekunobo
風来坊 Furaibo
The creators probably used these unusual names as a hint or foreshadowing on their personality and what's going to happen to them. Such as Dekunobo is probably someone that is easily pushed over by others and Furaibo is probably not someone that is loyal etc.

There are several possible translations for these. What I get from Rikai-chan:
でくの坊 wooden doll, blockhead, good-for-nothing
風来坊 wanderer, vagabond, capricious person, hobo

And about the 10連ガチャ, if people call it "10 gacha pulls", then I guess it's a sensible translation. I don't know of any English terminology for this term anyway.

While it does seem likely it's a gynecologist or obstetrician, it's also a pun on 不動産, the word for a real estate company. But that's a joke that doesn't really translate without significantly changing it.

The proper Japanese term for ob/gyn is 産婦人科

Any other words suitable for "Ojicon"? I found the word Gerontophile but I don't think someone as young as a kid will have that in his vocabulary

I think I get the 活字や漫画で満足するのは part (the satisfaction I get from books and manga?), but what about にわかホモスキ. I just don't get how にわか works here, it seems to be mostly used as and adverb, にわかに.

I've been thinking that maybe that refers to the previously mentioned satisfaction, and suggests that it's something provisional for her (the speaker is a fujoshi, mind you) love for homos, but I'm not sure, what do you guys say?

Correction: 先に instead of 先っぽに. きゃ is slang for -けば, so it means 先にやっとけばよかった. I'd translate it as "I'd have gone first if I knew" or "I should have gone first".

You're looking at it a bit incorrectly. しか means she only has interest in 3D homos. にわか is not applying to ホモ, but to the entirety of ホモスキ: she's saying that homo lovers (girls who get excited watching guys have sex; yaoi fangirls; etc) are casuals if they're interested in 2D homos.
