You've got your objects mixed up a bit. She's saying she'll definitely be noticed and prevented from going in. Something like "I'll definitely be noticed and stopped..." "In fact, I've probably already been noticed..."

I am also unsure what is being said in the next panel (panel two which has three bubbles).

For example:
