In the first bubble: I'm guessing this is the manjuu shop owner talking, but what does どうしようと mean? Is the と a conditional that refers back to いいじゃねぇか?

Third bubble: one of the other shop owners talking, but what on Earth does どうしち mean - dialect of どうして? And what is まった - 待った?

The word you saw must be "特集" (a special feature).

Or maybe "詩集"(a poetry)...

Thanks for your help, but in the second one, I'm struggling with the 子 part, sorry about the confusion. For me, it seems in a weird place being after the verb, if means childish it should be with pussy and boobs, and not there, as far as I know.

子 means "young girl" here - "childish" would be 子供らしい.

Placing a noun after a verb is very common in Japanese. In short it means that there is a subclause in the sentence which precedes and modifies the noun.

"I am a girl *who wants to have her boobs and pussy watched*".
