This "ところ" means "the scene".
So, it means his ejaculation itself.

"丘" was miswritten by the author.
"陸" is right, both of them are pronounced as "oka" though.
So, "海洋研究が主なのであまり丘の上にいなくて" means:
"Since I'm mainly engaged in marine research, I rarely come ashore."

"ちょっと抜けちゃいましたね" is a very unnatural line and the meaning of the line is really uncertain.
Maybe she talks about her stupidity, or lack of something.

This is from a Dangan Ronpa doujin, in which Asahina Aoi is "punished," which in the original game inevitably meant getting executed. After 30 pages of wild sex, we get to this page. The last big bubble in panel 2 is:

「キヲツケテ」
学園生活を送るんだよ？

I'm wondering if 「キヲツケテ」 is supposed to have some sort of clever meaning here, or a pun... Is the antagonist somehow implying that this "punishment" is likely to happen again? Or am I trying to read too much into the words here?

Would someone be able to help me translate these two lines?

Context: Girl A is tailing Girl B because she suspects Girl B is in love with her brother. Their teacher, who is watching the whole thing, asks Girl A why she's following Girl B around. Girl A then replies:

見抜けない先生には関係ないことです

followed by

あなたがそんなにムキになる事なんてひとつだけだわ

Wanna ask a question here:

I'm pretty lost on what she is trying to say in the penultimate panel here (text: ア…あんたも…言うようになったじゃない…っ…! / アタシが…まるで…! / アンタなしじゃいられない…みたいに / 言ってェ…♡). What does she mean by this? I feel like it's something like "S...so even you...can say stuff like that now...! / It's almost...like...! / you don't ...need me (anymore) / Tell me...! [presumibly "Tell me if I'm right about you not needing me"]" , but I am really iffy about that. Especially because the next page seems to be about him proving himself as manly, which I assume implies he doesn't need her anymore, but on the other hand, I assume his response is that he still needs her, but then I don't see how that is associated with him being オトコらしい or not -> as you can see, I am confused.

Any help is appreciated.

Is there a difference between exclamation marks "!" and these things for emphasis/inflection/etc?
