Maybe this is his ultra secret comic that he wants nobody to know about. But yeah, I really wish he posted the image.
Now I'm really curious, what is this comic? Is this even on g.e-hentai or are you just asking a general question?

Anyway, I'm actually back to ask for another help. I'm really bad at recognizing handwritten kanji sooo I have these bubbles. Only transcription is fine, unless of course otherwise asked.

1) Within the same panel, and said by the same character.

4) The speaker's friend was asking why the girl suddenly looked pissed off.

知らぬが仏　ならぬな。
I'm able to transcribe this one just fine but having problems with translating it.
The first part would translate to "Ignorance is bliss" but I just don't get the last part.

5) Speaker was kinda sad that his friend forgot about him.
His first lines were: はーーっ「そっかそっか」「覚えてないか」
-> at the side

It's a pun. 太平道 (taihei dou) is [www.taipingdaoism.com] taiping dao, so a 太平道人 would be someone who follows the taiping dao, but the author replaced the dou with 同, which is also read dou), turning it into 太平同人 (taihei doujin/taiping doujin).

A quick look at the Naruto wikia suggests it might be "木ノ葉" = Konoha. Though I admit it doesn't really look like that at first glance, so I'm unsure.
