I've actually got a translation that says "W-what was that feeling!" which doesn't make a lot of sense in context with everything else on the page and I'm wondering if it doesn't say something more like "How did that feel?" Any 2nd opinion thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

Plus another one from this page that doesn't quite feel right.

I'm pretty sure 出ちゃう in the present tense. However, the character just said でちゃ…っ so it could actually be 出ちゃった, which is past tense.

Anyone knows what DE stands for? I know that DT stands for どうてい but I've never come across this one.

No.
The author completely misunderstood the meaning of the word "かどわかす".
He meant "誘惑する" though, he tried to use a "difficult word" and failed.

But, also this "de" is playing on words from Spanish (also some Latin-origined languages).

And about this term その気にさせる, I still haven't found a proper definition, but I infer it means something like incite.
