Hi there fellow translator. I am in need of help here. I stumbled upon this line when I was translating touhou doujin;
咲夜さん自機おめでとー！
sakuya-san shibata(?) omedeto-!
i don't know what 自機 means. google says it's 'own machine' and jwpce says nothing.
any ideas?

Hello everyone!
I apologize if this isn't the place for introductions, but it's my first real post so I hope it's alright.
My (user)name is lady jyajya and I've been lurking here for quite some time. Like other members who frequent this thread, I'm a fan of hentai and would love it if I could one day make a living as a freelance Japanese-English translator. After two years of self-studying Japanese (still have a looong way to go) I've decided to try it out!
I'm currently working on my very first commission from a fellow member who was kind enough to hire me despite my limited skills after showing him some sample scripts & typeset pages I had done - I can't let him down~!
I've finished the script and am ready to start typesetting, but there are still a few lines I'm not too sure of. Any help would be much appreciated, and I'll be more than happy to include your username on the credits page if you'd like.
Just a heads up - the story involves an incestuous relationship between a father and his (adult) daughter. So please disregard this post if that bothers you.

The father says these lines after pointing out how quickly he made his daughter cum. It looks like he's referring to the fact that the daughter had sex with her boyfriend earlier that day and it's affecting her sensitivity, but I can't figure out exactly what he is saying.
これで自分が誰の モノか少しは わかったろ?
The father says this line to the daughter after saying, "Daddy knows how to make you squirm ♡" and unzips his pants. Is he asserting how small other men's dicks are in comparison to his? He knows the daughter has slept with several other men prior to this.
朝までハメまくら なきゃいけないんで これで...
After tricking his daughter's boyfriend into listening to them have sex over the phone, the father says this line to the boyfriend right before saying, "We'll send you a picture!" and hanging up the phone. I understand "朝まで" means "until morning"..... and "ハメまくら" sounds like "sex/love pillow". But what's "なきゃいけないんで" ?
大丈夫 後で 目線入れるよ
After propping up her cellphone, the father says this in response to his daughter when she asks, "You're really going to take a picture?" I'm not sure what "目線入れる" means in this context.

After reading over this line again, I finally realized I had seen a similar line in the [Tabe Koji] TABEXXX story CAキャビンアテンダント. In that story the main character's best friend said, " 私のものー " = "You're mineー". So you're right pipila! Here the father is saying, "With this, you'll understand who you belong to won't you?" ? My first guess was totally wrong, I'm glad I asked. 大丈夫 後で 目線入れるよ Thanks again, that explanation makes sense. So the father's response is, "Don't worry, we'll blur out your face~" ? |
