And what about the guys in the background, who apparently have a knee-sock fetish? I'm just wondering if the original text is actually this vague or if I'm missing something big.

And it appears again in

スク〇フェスどころじゃないよね

Maybe スク水フェス / School swimsuit festival? The censoring with 「〇」 doesn't seem to make sense though.

I'd assume the answer will become clear in the context though.

I thought that the え...でもこれ指定のだし... referred to some school regulation or something like that. Could 経営者 refer to their school director? I mean, apparently glasses girl doesn't work where Maki works, so why should she follow Maki's manager's "specifications"? Or are Maki and glasses girl part of something else, and the manager there has these specifications? I'm sorry that I still don't understand T_T

If I were you, I'd try translating everything else first and return to that part later. Alternatively, you could post a short description of the story and a link to the page here.

IDK how you can make it into a simple sentence, but it means like:
"I have no motivation to point it out for her, since she's a natural airhead like that (as she cannot make it as her lesson even though she can point Yuri's fault)."

The story is about a kid playing a love live game with his smartphone, he messes up some song combination and then, when he is tapping Kotori on the screen, she suddenly enters his room and the next thing you know Honoka and Niko are also there, all of them dressed as nurses. They start "tending" to him, wiping his sweat and attempting to cure an apparent cold he has (of course he doesn't) by extracting his sick semen with a syringe ... anyway the first time the スク〇フェス appears is in this page
