About 絶対経営者, does it refer to one manager/shop keeper, or managers in general? Also, how is 絶対 meant here? The meaning of the sentence should be something like "because it's definitely the manager's fetish!", I guess, but I'm not really sure.

And what about the guys in the background, who apparently have a knee-sock fetish? I'm just wondering if the original text is actually this vague or if I'm missing something big.

Maybe スク水フェス / School swimsuit festival? The censoring with 「〇」 doesn't seem to make sense though.

I'd assume the answer will become clear in the context though.

Even if it appears next to 私たち, it doesn't necessarily denote a group of people --- since the alternative version of that sentence is 「スク〇フェスのことだけ考えてほしいから」, it could refer to an upcoming festival / etc that somehow concerns that group. It could simply say "Don't worry about stuff that doesn't concern us" = "(The school festival / etc) is all you need to worry about right now".

If I were you, I'd try translating everything else first and return to that part later. Alternatively, you could post a short description of the story and a link to the page here.

Since I'm not that fluent in english, I have some doubts about the grammar. Would it be "You haven't had sex with your ex, have you?" or "You haven't had sex with your ex, haven't you?" ?
