Context: Pretty much immediately after the previous one. The girl says "What are you saying?" and this follows.
B: 一緒に洗えばボディーソープが節約できるじゃないですかっ！！

B: ・・・そんなに洗われるのがいやなんだったら

{Context: The next line is said in the guy's head}

...Economising aside, will it [body soap] be able to flow on Yoshioka-san's back...?

context: Eventually the guy's dick get's hard and the girl gives him a paizuri while saying this

(I'm not sure if this is a proper sentence)

Why don’t we wash it together as well?

Looks about right, I'll stand by my TL on this one.
Maybe 'immoral' or 'deviant', since the 'sexually' part is obvious from context (I'd assume). 'Perverted' also has a pretty similar meaning, but since it's used so loosely, it doesn't really fit here.

If you want a word that actually means that (and nothing else) I think you'll only find ones that are kind of uncommon (ex.g. 'dissolute'). Personally, I'd probably just go with 'Lewd fallen' or something like that, depending on the context.

Hmm... Probably better translated as, "is she actually suggesting we do this every day" or "she can't mean doing this every day"

The other parts in this first part are more or less right, though I'd probably phrase them slightly differently if it were me. Not a huge deal though as long as you're carrying the basic meaning.

I know the first line isn't literally this, but IMO it flows a lot better if you just refer to it as a "waste of soap" rather than saving on soap.
And I'm not sure it's completely necessary to use their names even if the original text uses them, though I suppose that's up to you.
There's room for changing the wording here as long as you get the gist of it, I guess. It's up to you exactly how you want to phrase it.

In this case since it describes the 'process' of the degeneration and not a 'degenerated' thing (as I had assumed arbitrarily), so 'immoral' won't do after all.

I'd say you're really better of with two words, since 淫堕 itself isn't really a 'real word' to begin with. Maybe 'The Beginning of the Fall into Debauchery' or 'The Beginning of the Moral Decay', 'The Beginning of the Lapse into Lust" something --- 幕開け is fine as 'beginning'. My suggestions are pretty literal though, and I think in this case going more creative might give better-sounding results... depends on the story though.
