I need help with this sentence:

"うちにも晃お兄ちゃんがいたらなぁって私に言うんたよ?"

The story is that there's this Akira guy ( the onii-chan) who's very athletic and good at school (so I guess he's kinda popular) and there's his little sister and they appear to be very close at school.
But actually Akira is quite a pervert and really gets off on his sister and she enjoys making fun of it.
In the previous sentence the sister starts telling Akira about a female classmate, who told her something (I guess she explains it in this sentence).
From the further context I can only guess that the classmate told something about the brother (maybe how perfect he is), but which is only based on the fake/false image everybody has of the brother.

'itaranai' is supposed to mean 'imperfect' or 'careless' and 'uchi ni mo' sounds to me like 'even at home'.
But that would mean something like "Even at home he is careless" or such, which doesn't make sense for me regarding the context, so it'd be nice if someone could help.

Does this mean the sister's barely outside of the safe zone or barely inside the safe zone? Or kinda both?

Looks like barely outside. And FYI, that sentence technically parses so that スレスレな is describing おまんこ.

I could be wrong, but that's how it feels to me. I wanna say if it was describing 妹 it would be 危険日スレスレの妹, but I can't actually rationalize that.

No need "at home, too".
Just "I wish I had a brother like Akira" is better for "うちにも晃お兄ちゃんがいたらなぁ".

Maybe you thought "うちにも" as "at home, too".
But "うちにも" means "for me, too" in this context.

it's me again.
I need some help with the marked bubble in the following picture and the two black bubbles:

So it's about this kid and an older onee-san (chiharu-san), who are having sex. The kid is kinda reasonable and is worried about getting her pregnant, so he says something like "I should take it out now", "If I were to get you pregnant, then" and then comes the marked bubble. He says
"Chiharu-san ni wa... mada... sonna koto..."

I'm at a loss here. 'mada' means 'still', 'sonna koto' means 'such a thing', but how does it all fit together with the context?

And about the two black bubbles, I don't really understand what the "jibun no koto de" means here.
If I translate these bubbles roughly with keeping the context in mind, I think it would be like:
"Geez, Yuusuke- he's trying to hold it (his desires) back with all his might"
"He's worrying about me, it kinda feels like he's becoming an adult"
Is that about right? Or did I make mistakes here?

It would be nice if someone could help :-)
