They're talking about locating a time bomb by the (stereotypical) ticking sound it makes. Given that the character on the left is clutching at her chest, the fact that hearts are known for making beating sounds, and the radicals in that kanji I don't see it being anything other than 胸

How would you translate そりゃ...織田君に好きなコができたり so that it is well-incorporated in the dialogue (second last panel on this page)? I honestly am having trouble understanding for what reason she says that. I generally speaking know what 織田君に好きなコができる means (something about him being able to find or get someone he likes; and obviously I know the usage of the たり ending), but I don't get what she is saying/implying in this case (be aware that he just confessed to her). Would it be like "Well... I may be the girl you like" (this was someone else's suggestion for this sentence which seems good)?
