On this page's fourth panel, the guy says 「ただでさえ主任狙われてるのに」, where 主任 refers to Hope (the blond guy). My first impressions on what this would mean doesn't seem to make that much sense context-wise (probably due to how I am interpreting ただでさえ), so I'd like to ask how you would translate it.

Another issue that I have is on this page's middle panel, where I am confused about what the phrase 「カレンダー的には」means.

My last two issues are on this page's middle area, where I don't understand 「焦らなくても... / 待てないんなら今からでも」. I would think it means "Even if you're not that eager about it... / If you can't wait, we can (do it [sex] right now)", but that sounds a little strange to me. Am I misinterpreting it? I am also a little confused on what 「やりますか」is referring to. Is it the work or the sex? (earliest potentially relevant context is on page 41).

Any help is appreciated.
