Ah. That does change the equation.
I took a look at your bounty description and your rejection justification. For what it's worth, my personal opinion is that Tenboro got this one wrong. That said, there is an argument that this translation is sufficient given that you only asked for a Rank D translator. You can try to talk to Tenboro about it, but my own understanding is that once a force acceptance is made, the issue is over.
There are a few ways you can help prevent this sort of thing in the future. First, I HIGHLY recommend including something like the following in your bounty descriptions: "any other factors or issues that are brought up in PMs should be considered official requirements to claim the bounty." That way, when you tell your translator by PM that the script needs to be done in certain ways (e.g. include a small amount of the original japanese so you know where to place the text), you have justification when he fails to do them. Second, ask translators that you haven't worked with before to submit the script to you BEFORE putting in their claims. That way when you find problems, the translator will have time to fix them before the 1 week timer starts. Finally, many people who post translation bounties have language like "scripts will be double-checked by other translators prior to accepting the claim." That would probably have solved your problem here since your justification says the script was disapproved by another translator. As a final note, if you are going to dispute the bounty, lead with your strongest reasons, not the weakest. Tenboro may not take you terribly seriously when your literal number 1 beef with the script is bad grammar and punctuation.
As for moving forward, I don't think this is the right thread if you are looking for someone to go through the entire script to do revisions. If it were just a page or two it might be possible, but a full doujin is too much to ask for. I see only two real options here. First, you can try to get the original translator to make corrections for proper bubble order, etc. Given that he's probably alienated with you now, the second choice is just put up another bounty. Yes, that sucks, but the script needs more help than you are likely to get for free.

Hey guys, I've got another bothersome handwritten kanji that I could use a second opinion on. 一度 XXXいて みたかったんだ He's reaching around and rubbing the prostitute's boobs as he says this. UF

Okay this manga has a strange ending and I'd like to make sure I got it right. I'm not sure what happened. First the background: >> guy and two girls drive a car off a cliff >> they stay in a cottage and the guy has sex with one Then one of the girls says she can see a light and runs into the cottage to tell the guy. パパ! 光が見える! He says: やった! 助かる! 助かる、ひな。。。 (Hina is her name.) [ i60.tinypic.com] http://i60.tinypic.com/o55ow5.pngThen he looks uneasily at the girl he had sex with. Then as she calls for rescuers he looms behind her and seems to close the door behind her. [ i60.tinypic.com] http://i60.tinypic.com/2zoetu0.pngHe says, "It's finished. Let's sleep now." [ i57.tinypic.com] http://i57.tinypic.com/149w7j9.pngAnd you see skeletons under the car wreck. Raw: [ ehentai.org] http://ehentai.org/s/3f91e45e84/739215-400My interpretation of this is all three of them died when the car went over the cliff and they've been ghosts this whole time. But what about the light? Did the other girl die and is now following the light to go to heaven or something, or was she the only one to live and now he is shutting her outside the cottage because she is going to be rescued? I also don't get what happened to the two of them, but the title of the work is "Utopia."

You went quite paranormal with your interpretation (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) At the end Nanami's father and Hina decided to stay in the cottage and to do so the guy killed his real daughter. Everything in order to preserve their "Utopia". You can see how the father nods at hina in page 401, then he kills nanami (whos trying to grab the attention of the rescue party/light) and finally puts her body in the car. "やった! 助かる! 助かる、ひな。。。" This part here denotes how he's exited about getting saved until he turns to Hina and realizes their utopia it's going to end the moment they are rescued.

Ah that makes sense too, thanks, I'll go with that explanation. And somehow his transplanted daughter's body remained under the car long enough that it became a skeleton. QUOTE(ultimaflaral @ Oct 8 2014, 00:57) Including some of the Japanese probably makes it easier on the editor, but at a minimum you need some sort of comments to help direct where text goes. For example, [next panel, upper left] or [box, left corner]. That's generally how I do my own scripts.

... ... crap... ... Alright, since I did it one time in the past (and Shanko was nice enough to accept my script), I'll do a quick fix for ya:
Mesu_Lion.txt ( 9.63k )
Number of downloads: 139 aaand damn, your translator even did sfx sounds too! No wonder why you lost. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

It's because this condition unlike other important ones was in the bounty.

I've got one more question on some handwritten text. The bubble in question is the thin one in the upper left corner. My best guess right now is "五も是非", but I'm not terribly confident. As context, a new prostitute has just been cummed on by one man and has been told to ask all the others to do the same. Anyone have a second opinion? UF

I think that is indeed what's written (well, that's what I read too), but 五 stands for 吾.

@Thira, that's exactly what I wanted it to be, I just can't see it myself. Then again, my own handwriting is atrocious, so who am I to judge?
Thanks for chiming in, Thira!

I've got another question if you don't mind. This one is a different doujin. I'm not sure what the freetext in the middle should be. It looks like "もうヌレヌトや~" to me (Mitsune speaks Kansai-ben). But if that's what it is, I really don't know how to translate it. Any thoughts? As context, the two girls are watching Keitaro screw Motoko (love hina), and seem amazed that he's acting like a bad-ass instead of a dishrag. UF
