It's stuttered and you can't really stutter with kanji. Mixing them would look weird too: ま…真琴

I'm just not sure who the speaker is when he says 恵。。。　and 恵の。 Megu like that is only used in "Megumi" and nothing shorter than that according to my dictionary, though Megu means a blessing. If it's her speaking, she's invoking a pun calling this sex a blessing, or is it him merely calling a version of her name out? (her name is Megumi if you don't watch Ah My Goddess)

Which way would you all lead? Should i leave it as Megu, or change it to blessing and leave a note about it?

The way I read it, that is not her speaking in either of those bubbles. If you compare the hair in panels 2 and 3, it's pretty clear that panel 2 is Megumi while panel 3 is Keiichi. Speaking for myself, I'm 99.9% sure it isn't a wordplay. You wouldn't naturally see that kanji alone. It makes far more sense to be a nickname.

That said, I really don't remember what Keiichi called her in the manga.
