別に is rather tricky to translate. Alone it translates to "Not in particular." or "Not really". But when you see a sentence that goes 別に...ても...のに it translates to "...wouldn't... even if...".

I am going to start taking classes in Japanese after summer so hopefully I will get better then.

Non-hentai animes will help you a lot too because the intonation will give you the general idea of a sentence. I was going to recommend dramas too, but recently many of them are so poorly translated that you'd be better off not watching them.

I have watched quite a lot of anime (currently at 45.05 days according to MAL) but for some reason I just don't pick up that much on what they are saying when I watch.

Well 4 pages later and I am stuck again.

Yeah, it's probably さわんなって -> さわるなって -> 「触るな」って -> "Don't touch (it)!" (negative command + quoted phrase)

2) Middle right panel | この淫乱な巨乳はどんだ目線を集まってたか？= Have you taken a look at these huge lewd tits/boobs? [This sentence is VERY confusing to me.]
3) Top left panel | あの...一応俺も男なので...責任をとるから... = Um...since I'm (kind of) a guy/man...(and) since I'll be taking responsibility... [I don't understand how to translate 一応 here. Also, does the way he's saying this imply "Since I'm a guy, and I'm going to take responsibility, let date you", or something like that? Is that what he's going for?]

4) I had asked this before, but I want more clarification: Bottom left panel | ~~~けど、婚約が結んだ以上。。。 まず「ちょっと親しい友達」になってもいいよね！ = 「some previous stuff~~」, but since we’re tied/connected by the engagement (anyways)... Or are they just "putiting on a front" so to speak to make it seem like they are still bound by the engagement? Or is it something else?]
5) How would you choose to translate 特別に in the very first panel? I have that sentence currently translated as "Should/Shall I keep doing it (especially) with my feet for you?".
6) How would you choose to translate きつい in the bottom right panel? I have that sentence currently translated as "This is bad! Since we did that stuff earlier, watching this is hard/intense."

どんだ(け) = どれだけ
"Just how many heads have these indecent big boobs turned?" Will need refining.

一応 is hardly translatable. It's used for self-deprecation/to sound humble. The last から doesn't translate to "since/because", but rather it gives an assurance that the speaker will do what he said.

They're basically the same. You use なくても after verb and なくでも after object noun. ...or maybe not. You can use なくても after object noun too by adding じゃ.

The engagement, I'd suspect. Unless they exchanged promises when they were kids or something like that.

"押すなよ? 押すなよ? (Don't push me! Don't push me!)" is famous "lead-in" for the "fall-down-comedy" which means "push for it" as a hint.
