Alright so on one of the pages I'm translating some gets their head torn off, and there's a giant sound effect bubble that says:

And I have no idea whether this is the sound of their neck breaking or blood spraying everywhere or what. I think it's the sound of blood splattering everywhere, but does anyone know for sure?

And I'm having difficulty making out what exactly this is suppose to mean. I'm pretty sure it literally translates to "The gears of your heart haven't changed" or something of the sort, but even in the context of the manga it doesn't really make sense to me.

Having a hard time understanding the guy's running thought.

With the amount of context, what I get is that the girl likes him and wants to date him, he likes the girl, but he thinks he's not what the girls thinks he is. And here he's saying that if she really thinks he's a BF material, she's wrong and that's bad.

what トーシロ is suppose to be. Is it just the guy's name, and he's referring to himself?
I can't really recognize the structure of the sentence if it's like that though...

I would appreciate some clarification.

It seems he's arguing in order to convince Light to take a shower with him saying: "If your body gets cold, you'll lose everything."
