Yes, that's right.

モンにする here means "make her his woman/girlfriend".
It's hard to translate literally in a nice way, so maybe something like
"Because I felt I'd be able to get an OK if it's from someone of your level"

Ok, this Resident Evil 6 doujin is giving me an unusual amount of trouble. I going to post questions/confirmation regarding translations in sets, since I have a bunch.

As I sure you are aware, I'm new to translating and I am not as experienced or learned as some of you, so please bear with me here. Ignore the possible akwardness of the translation (I'll make those changes when I finish) , just make any corrections to the meaning. If I start with Japanese, look for the sentence that starts with that same word/phrase. Sentence with * after them are ones that I am like pretty sure are correct and ** for ones I am very sure. [] are my own comments.

So, the sentence is a (women's) variant of it.
