Yes.
"直った直った" means "(broadcasting machinery) was fixed (/repaired)".
The author acts like a broadcaster.
"…ガ、ガガッ!!" means noise of it.
"あーあー!" means testing voice (which is often "one, two, three, four" in English).

The second question is about a goofy line from this page:
「日本男児の　大和魂見せてやる！！」
I'm curious how you guys would translate it because "I'll show you the Japanese spirit of Japanese men!!" sounds really silly, but I can't think of how else to word it. Thanks for your attention.

Just strike the first "Japanese". Since he's especially mentioning Japanese men, I think it can be thought of as implied that it's Japanese spirit. Or maybe something like: "I'll show you the spirit of a son of Japan!!"

Hmm is that's the case then it's probably just some wet sliding... That's kinda weird... The author surprisingly gave it its own panel? I woulda expected him to just throw that sort of SFX in the middle of a penetration scene. That's a lot of "panel space" he's given just for some thrusting o_O

抜け殻 might mean something special in the context. It is also can have a "shadow of former self" kind of meaning (e.g. vegetable state with no consciousness, broken mind, etc.).
