"来たりて" is "来至りて", and "来たる" means "(will) come (soon)".
So, "来たりて" means "(will) come (soon) and".
And, it's a parody of famous novel title "[www.imdb.com] 悪魔が来りて笛を吹く".

2. よりによってダメ出しかよ - (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

"ダメ出し" means "finding faults / judging someone negatively".

"想像してたらガチで" means "since I imagined it, I really (became to do)".

The second half of this one is throwing me off
