I want to clarify (because its critical for the life of the translation project, not just the work alone), the rules laid down on the "How To" page of the Mesu Note.

My translation so far

-If the name is not her real name, it will not work.
-If you do not directly touch the body of the written woman, the technique will not manifest.
-There is a time limit to the technique.
-After said time, the affected woman will lose her memory of the incident.

The sticking point, for me, is the second line, as the point of "touching" seems not to happen in the initial encounter.

Not really "After said time", just "After having sex with her". (A bit better phrasing maybe: "After having sex with a (be)spelled woman, she will lose her memory of the incident." or "After using this technique to have sex with a woman, [...]", to retain your term.)

The rest of it wasn't too hard, though i've been trying to tilt away from literalism and towards something that sounds like what actual english speakers would say (though it's rather impossible once you get to the sex, so i've been focusing on the rest of the dialogue)

Hmmm so to clarify, does the
"-If you do not directly touch the body of the written woman, the technique will not manifest." specifically mean skin+skin contact or as long as it's physical contact regardless of clothes being there? Because when I checked the second last panel I noticed the bump but I also noticed the guy was practically covered from head-to-toe (he even had rubber gloves on).

Hrm. Some complex grammar stuffs and compound words going on here

The only part i'm certain on is this that the first part means "while under the effect." Everything else is kind of ehh. The subject is the effected person, and that it's saying the thoughts or feelings of the person who touched them can be conveyed? Syntax is hard to decipher here.

The second point on the memo page, here https://e-hentai.org/s/90860ee4b5/446140-3 , is easier to follow, stating that touching another person will transmit the effect.

"The persons who contacted the person under effect will also be under control (of you)."

Simply, it mentions about "chain reaction".

Ahh, the person under effect. For some reason i had it in my head that the sentence was referring to the note's user.

The vagueness of "i" and multiple meanings of "dekiru" didn't help.

Hey, guys. I just wanted to confirm something.

In the doujin I'm translating a woman is referred to as "便女". From the context I feel like they're calling her their whore or bitch.

Also, what does it mean when a verb ends in "やがって/やがった"?

It's just word play on 便所. "Whore"/"bitch" may be just fine, perhaps better than more literal interpretations.

I hope somebody will be able to help me out a little here. From how I read it, the girl on this page is asking the guy, who is rubbing tanning oil into her, if he can reach deep/all the way inside her (と…届くぅっ♥!?). After that comes the problematic line.

From how I read this, she's saying that she's already "tanned-ish" further up inside her (and so it doesn't matter much if he reaches so far up?). The guy says that he can't reach that far and on the next page, she wants to use his dick to get the tanning oil deeper, even though she thinks she's already tanned there? It doesn't seem to make that much sense. Did I just misunderstand something or is it supposed to be like this?

I'd also appreciate a quick check of the following. On page 124, I have the following:

The "でねー?" is throwing me of a little. I assume it's not a "出ない?", but rather a "で(は)ない?". Is it a continuation from the previous ("塗ってくれないと...でない"?), or more like a "じゃないか"/"じゃん" or is it something else? It probably wouldn't have much of an impact on the translation either way, but I'd feel better with that cleared up.
