By the way, do we realize that Dragon Pink is incomplete?

We have everything there is, and as far as I can tell, there's no intention to make more. So it's not incomplete, it just shuts down on a cliffhanger instead of on a happy lull in narrative. I've never been big on happy endings and assumptions they all lived happily ever after, so it's not a big difference to me.

But it's not the kind of cliffhanger you'd think would end a series, with some vague fate for our heroes. They're right in the middle of an action-packed battle; it looks to me like there's supposed to be more story. But we'll see what everyone thinks when the translation reaches the end of volume 4.

What I am curious is, what is the story behind the series being dropped? Author decided he hates the characters? Copyright conflict? Personal conflict?

Dunno your answers, Red. I tried a very little searching to no avail, and Itoyoko's home page has nothing about Dragon Pink at all.

Here's a down payment (?) on ep8-10. Ep 8 I'm all done with, and 9 & 10 are done except for a final once over...which I will do after some sleep. And this will definitely be much shorter than the full day+ that the SFX took me, here...
